What kind of soil is that? Looks heavy. If you're growing indoors, you want something that will wick the moisture away. Looks like your plant has a smothered rootzone. Get a smart-port and some good organic potting soil. From there, water *less* often.

I understand. We're not trying to burn a hole in your pocket here. 10lbs of Fox Farms Ocean Forest is 10 bucks. Or you can keep using that clay you digged up from your backyard... You posted a sick plant in the sick plants section, and we're just giving you remedies. You also need a pot that is going to drain well. Rake the top inch of soil with a fork and get a fan going in the area if you ever suspect over-watering.

What bugs and larvae, this tells me nothing, i get springtail in my soil all the time but i couldn't care less as they do nothing! Don't kill bugs unless you know what they are, lots of 'LARVAE' are actually good for the soil. You want organic living soil not chemical dead soil, kill one bug and you take the rest out with it!

Those do not look like adequate plant pots and clear plastic is bad for the plants as well as not having drainage holes at the bottom if you haven't done this as well.

I know of very few bug sprays organic and chemical, systemic and non systemic which are safe to use on seedlings wether they be soil applied or foliar so i am dubious as to why and why again you are using this stuff. Plant looks small and stunted.
