Thanks man ! this is the other tent with the purple primate it's hard to believe this is a single plant she is loving the homemade hot rod light 480w. of luminus cobs I hacked a vipar blurple light to make this plant is a beast this is my first run with this light

Looks awesome! That’s a big girl! Have seen Shane’s tests of the Luminous COBS on the Migro YouTube channel. They look like really nice diodes! Can’t wait to see how they do for you in flower!

They were $13.50 each considerable less than cree or vero 29 I grew this strain in the same tent under my Johnson cx-6 that has cree cxb 3070 diodes for drivers I found meanwell hlg 240h-54b on e-bay for $25 each & a 12v power source for the fans at a local thrift shop for $1 a friend had given me the 520 w. vipar spectra so I had the housing , heatsinks ,fans & most of the wiring total cost was about $210

I've got high Hope's for the purple primate she really packs is on in the final weeks I'm hoping the 480w. of luminus cobs do their thing been watching you tube stuff & ppfd per watts used seems to be on par with cree , vero 29 & citizen @1/2 the price so in the next few weeks my focus will be more on this tent

Put 6 of these in to soak tonight greases peices filling the screen faster than I expected

The aggressive rate the greases peices is showing is a pleasant surprise it really caught me off guard

Greases Pieces continues an aggressive growth pattern I'm still using only 170 watts of my 340 watt light & she is starting to feed as well soon I'm gonna have to fire up the other 3 cobs

Nice healthy growth! That light is rocking it!
