Fast-acting yeast and about 3-4 sugar cups per packet. and about 1/3rd(bit more than that) in water. i go to my grow several times a day and every time i do, i check the bottles, if theres no bubbles i shake them up.hope it helps.

Oh man i avoided jail time but had to harvest early, alot was completely ready, a few werent at completely potency, but its ok! i still got the damn herb thats all that matters !
