I would just cover them. Rootbound plants are more susceptible to hermi from the stress. Plus its a bitch watering rootbound plants all the time.

A pollen pod on hermi flower. They look like bananas. Hence the name "nanner"

Ya I'm prolly just gonna cover then once they get a decent size here is a picture of them now I was thinking waiting till there about a foot or 18 inches tall before flowering them

How big should i grow my clones for an early harvest. Would a foot tall be good enough or should I let it go longer?

I think you should be fine at 1 foot. 18 inches would be better and probably up your yield noticeably.
