3-4 weeks flowering, attempt 1

These are my plants after 3-4 weeks flowering stage. The 1st week was all about reviving the bitches after I replanted them after a 12 week of natural growth/veg in the back yard . I just have a few questions:

Do they look healthy/on schedule etc. ?

After trimming (1st time) do they look alright?

There is no ice on them as of yet, when on average does this appear? (cheese strain)

they dont look like they are bulking up tricomes usaly apear visualy on the 3rd week of flowering for me

what kind of light and soil are u useing?

Poor lighting?

Coco. 600w hps in a .3x3x6 with 3 others. What do you mean about bulking up ,the plants or the buds?
