ya, it hermied at the bottom :(

Fortunately they're only at the bottom on that one side....and since they're covered in a shitload of trichs, i'll smoke 'er still. About 1 and 1/2 days into drying & the smaller buds should be ready for jars by tomorrow evening. Smoked a test nuggie this morning & very nice solid buzz. Stoned but able to function. The grass smell is starting to dissipate & the crystals are really starting to sparkle. 1 bud is so big I don't think I can even find a jar big enough to put it in so i'll have to find a big piece of tupperware or somethin. I'd hate to chop my pride n joy in half. Before I put them into jars, i'll snap some good pics for ya'll....the ones i've posted so far don't do them justice. I've got a few buds that are so frosted, if it even rattles the slightest while it's hanging on the line, you can watch the kief just fall to the ground. Close-ups tomorrow ;)

only thing I dislike about growing bagseeds.. is they almost always end up being extra leafy which makes them a bitch to trim.

another downside to bagseeds.. especially with the looks of yours in the pictures, I would say your going to have to cure these for a while in order to get all that green color (chlorophyll) out of all the leafs..

but other than that? yeah, these look like absolute dank IMO.. I mean, for what it is.. not knowing the genetics.. still looks good IMO.

peace.

Oh it definitely was :) Even though things didn't turn out the as well as I had hoped (battled some mold issues and whatnot), it gives me inspiration for down the road when the opportunity to try again comes up. I also learned that you don't need 10 bottles of different nutrients to feed your plants...we're all suckers for nutrient company marketing at one point or another tho = /

its bagseed but how did it stay so little? did you keep the lights right on it? or 12/12 from seed? it would be nice to line up like 10+ pots and grow them that size

Well that particular plant was the runt of the 3...for some reason she just stayed short and stocky but I think I stunted a good deal of growth in the flowering cycle due to major nutrient issues (classic rookie mistake). I only vegged for 30 days tho so that probably had a lot to do with it.

Valuable things I learned:
Keep the humidity under 30% at the end of flower to prevent mold issues
Keep good air circulation
Don't trust nutrient company feeding schedules and marketing

Next time I would limit myself to a simple 2 part nutrient system and half the suggested feeding regimen + maintain a feeding log. Everything went great until I got into flowering and then growth stunted and leaves got crispy.
