Grow Room size: 6'x4'x7' tall.
Lighting: 1000w MH(veg) hps(flower)
Number of Plants: 5
Container size: 5 gallons
Length of grow: hoping 12 weeks

my first grow i yielded around 10 ozs, however my lower level bud production was dismal at best. I was thinking about buying a 140w LED to get light below the canopy. Good Idea? or is 5 plants too crowded?
I have a Portable 6500 BTU Ac unt in the closet as well which is taking up maybe 6 square foot tops. How do I increase the humidity in the closet? or does misting theplants help with that problem?
Thanks for any answers.

Adding a 140w LED to the 1000w bulb would really be close to unnoticeable. For better lower bud growth, try some pruning before flowering, flower the plants at a shorter height, tying branches out of the way and/or clipping off a few of the more intrusive leaves. An air conditioner will lower the humidity. Perhaps that's why you're asking about it but I wanted to point that out. Yes, misting the plants regularly increases humidity and decreases or eliminates the damage caused by low humidity. Half strength 1-0-4 Maxicrop makes for a great flowering foliar feed. Alternate foliar feedings with plain water.
