you could top them right now, and root each top to make clones. or if you want to wait a little longer (and get more clones this way) you could veg them 3-4 weeks under your 400 watt, then cut clones before you flower. it's cool to see your Cali hash plant, I have a mother of that strain and I love the way she smells. Just started taking clones from her a week ago. is your Cali hash from Dinafem seeds?

ok, here a small update, i topped my cali hash 2 days ago, can see in the photo new growth clearly.
it was raining the last couple of days so my plants didnt recived the light they needed so badly, and my amnesia haze plant can't even stand on its own. but hopefully my light will arrive sometime next week...

That looks like a thrip. Use yellow sticky paper or a hanging fly trap. That will get rid of the mature ones flying around. Babies don't have wings.

What kinda spectrum is your 240 led?
I have one from gothamproducts (kind of looks like yours) & one from Hydrohut
I really like the one from hydro as it has 2 buttons that can control the spectrums (on or off) you can have all 660nm red or the vegging of blue & white or turn both on for optimal results!!!
I am finding out that you need to have at least the 660nm red for any kind of decent flowering to occur.
