2nd grow...need some help RIU!

My second attempt at growing has been been, seems like I have had nothing but problems. Anyways here are my details: 3 Nirvana Northern Lights, 1 paradise delahaze, 1 dinafem cheese, and 1 dinafem White Widow. Using fox farm soil and nutes with R/0 water in 5 gallon smartpots under 18/6 light schedule using 14 23w CFLS, 11 5700k and 3 2700k. Been watering about every three days using 64-96 oz of water, with nutes every other water. I have been backing off on the nutes as I have noticed some drooping and possible nute burn on the tips. The plants two plants that look the healthiest have had no training...the others have been topped. And help or advice/suggestions/input much appreciated! Each plants has two pics:

about the light situation....I really can't use anymore in my closet without breaking 85 degrees. It works out to about 322 watts or about 52 per plant. I read somewhere that you should start with 100w then add 50w per plant for cfl which would be 350w...so I am fairly close

instead of more cfls try larger ones since the heat comes from their balasts. gardening stores sell BIG cfls like 300 400 watt equivilant
