Well, good news. Checked the germination chamber one more time before hitting the sack and the last little one decided to poke it's head out. This makes it a full house. 5 out of 5 seeds germinated and so far I don't think I've had a seed not germinate using this method. Think it's a keeper. At least I've got one part of this whole growing thing down..or at least feel comfortable with.

Well, the whole family is now growing together so tomorrow I'll throw the 18/6 lights timer on and let them veg for a while.

Here's the group shot, all together for the first time.

Plants are all doing good under the lights. Temps are in mid 70's to low 80's. Watered Big Bud today as it felt really light. Gave it a really thorough soaking with plain tap water adjusted to 6.5pH.

Internodal spacing is really tight, might want to stretch it a bit by moving the lights further away as I don't really have height constraints. Right now there are about 3 26w CFL bulbs within 2 inches of it's leaves. Thoughts on that???

Here it is at day 16:

Everyone in the family is doing well and growing lots. I'll be updating with pics daily for Big Bud only, I am doing that to chart the growth through pics for comparison with my other future grows.

I'll still put up pictures of the other plants every few days throughout the grow.

Nothing too interesting. Plants are doing fine. Big Bud felt really light so I gave it some plain tap water pH adjusted to 6.5.

All plants are growing nice and fast and at similar rates but both of the Power Skunks are kinda weird looking. Their leaves come up at a really high angle. Never seen that from other strains before. I'm sure it's just their genetics since they are both doing it, but still, strange looking:

Thanks! I'm a proud papa.

I'm finding soil to be a lot less work so far. All I've done is re-pot once and watered a few times with plain pH adjusted tap water. Sure doesn't take a lot of effort compared to growing in aero. The taste is supposed to be better too. Hope it turns out good!

This is 3 weeks from seed for Big Bud. Looking nice and healthy (looks a little droopy after every watering, but perks right up in a few hours)

It felt really light and dry so I gave it another watering with plain tap water pH adjusted to 6.5 I'll probably start on nutes with the next watering in a couple of days with 1/4 strength.
