Hey guys so if you saw my last post I talked about the first bho run heat purged NO vac until I get crumble out of it...well I went and got a vac chamber and tried again it looked like great shatter until this morning it seemed a spot in the middl of the slab dried up more and got harder that spot grew until it took about half of it...any ideas why that happened?
Also I didn't get nearly as much any thoughts how to improve yield? and I ran a 1/2 oz and I read the general rule is 1 can of butane per oz but it took a lil more than 1 can before the stream wasn't sticky not sure why it took so much. Oh this time after I packed the tube I put it in the freezer for 2 hours wich I didn't do on the first run is it a good idea would that effect the yield?
Oh also the PTFE non stick stuff that you can line a pan and blast right into that and it can take the heat and all that from purging....would I be able to find that locally what sort of stores do they sell it or I have to order? is there any substitute? what about those silicon dab mats if you got a big one would it work like the PTFE or maybe you cant get them hot not sure?
