2cb Anyone tried it?

2cb seems to be all the rage out here in the center of Canada, they look like E tabs, most think its E until you start tripping of course.
Anyone else have any experience with it or heard of it around, I dont mean the history of it though iam well aware of the Shulgins and there workkiss-ass...with Pikal And Tikal.

it doesnt always look like E. my friend sells it on paper like LSD, just bigger pieces of paper. dosage is something like 20-40mg so there is either other shit in your pills or alot of benign filler.

if you really want info on 2Cx, go to www.erowid.org youll get better info there than any secondhand info youll get here.

Paper? Does your friend sandwich it between two pieces or is it water color paper?
 
DOB is paper a Phenylamine like 2cb but its not 2cb as I understand I think its mdma or mda........Read Pikal Or Tikal.....And you wont send me to erowid since you would know that's were the books are located for download. Iam not after historical info just personal experience, since my buddy makes the NY blues....I know there straight 2cb. Just looking at anyone whos tried it? All my bros love it, old time acid heads...love it, guys who hate the next day off E loves this stuff. Just curious. And yes 1 dose of 2cb is small compared to a E tab so there would be fillers, I have friends who snort E but when they tried this it wasnt pleasent snorting at all, obviously it would burn, but at that time I didnt know it was 2cb, but when you get off its nothing like E.

water color paper? you mean blotter paper? actually, he liquifys it and drops it on paper towels. i know its ghetto sounding but its very functional and all the cops see is some paper towels in the glove box.

if you want descriptive accounts of people using it the erowid is the place to go. it has so much more than just the history. for instance if you would have checked erowid before your buddies tried snorting 2Cx's you would have know that 2Cx's burn when insuffolated
 
Ok,I havnt done the DOB I was told my buddy gets it, I can ask how its on the blotter or better yet maybe a pic.

As for Erowid I take nothing from them there the best info site out there for Active Substances/plants/fungi, I spend many a hour on there website.
A friend of mine (johnAllen aka mjshroomer Has his work on psilocybin and look alike poisonous mushrooms archived there)
I did say we didnt know it was 2cb at the time, after I was told 100% from the maker I did go to erowid and yes I did read about the burning....Please keep in mind I know Imnew here but I did Mod for a cpl well known Cannabis/Fungi websites over the years...I also own a Spore/seed Shaman type website.

one 2Cx experience comes to mind if trip reports are what your after.

i ate a green snowman(2Cx based roll) at a club event with friends. definetly rolling an hour later, and hour and a half i dose again. about an hour after the second dose i am full on rolling balls and seeing tracers and color distortions...i am very focused on a female. 2 hours after the second dose the club shuts down and its of to the afterhours. at the afterhours its nothing but a couch and the aforementioned female for me. we split a final pill and leave for 2 hours of amazing sex. smoked hella weed afterwards, not a bad comedown...sleep a couple hours after comedown.
 
I would really like to get a hold of some but it seems like everyone I know in the "drug world" has never heard of it. I live in the deep south.
 
Erowid is thee only place for true drug info, I love it.

Sounds like you had a great trip (now thats what I was hoping to hear) Sounds very similar to the effects we all got

I do think theres going to be alot more of it around since the Synthesis is easier than LSD, Im amazed they got those DOB blotters, I didnt think they could get the dose small enough, On a lighter note my two Catahoulas(louisianna leopard dogs) there from down south originally but I got mine in the exact center of Canada, lol.
Go figure....
 
you can get about 40mg on a piece of paper if you know what your doing. the average dose of LSD is between 100 and 200 micrograms(1000 mirco's in a milligram). most of the 2Cx's i come across are on paper.

I had no idea 2ci could even be put into liquid form, only ever seen it as the powder. learn somethin new everyday haha.

my boy mixes it with either water or a solvent(i dont remember)measured to the exact milliliter. once its mixed thouroghly you can accuratly measure you powder(100mg in 100ml means 1ml=1mg). he drops it on paper a ml at a time and viola - chems on paper!

The toxicity of DOB is not fully known, although high doses may cause serious vasoconstriction of the extremities. DOB is one of the most potent compounds in PiHKAL; while the active dose is similar to that of DOI, another psychedelic amphetamine, DOB has been shown to have a higher efficacy in triggering downstream effects mediated by 5-HT2 receptors,[1] making it likely to be slightly more dangerous than DOI in overdose, due to greater vasoconstrictive action. Omission of the amphetamine related α-methyl leads to 2C-B, a vastly safer compound that possesses a lower affinity for the 5-HT2A receptor and is a weaker receptor agonist.

I would think from reading this, it is not 2cb but close. I will ask the man making it.....

2,5-DIMETHOXY-4-BROMOAMPHETAMINE
SYNTHESIS: To a well-stirred solution of 1.95 g of the free base of 2,5-dimethoxyamphetamine (2,5-DMA) in 12 mL glacial acetic acid, there was added 1.8 g elemental bromine dissolved in 4 mL acetic acid over the course of 5 min. The slightly exothermic reaction was allowed to stir for 3 h, and then added to about 200 mL H2O. The cloudy solution was washed with 2x100 Et2O, made basic with aqueous NaOH, and extracted with 3x100 mL CH2Cl2. Evaporation of the solvent from the pooled extracts gave about 3 mL of a pale amber oil which was dissolved in 250 mL anhydrous Et2O and saturated with anhydrous HCl gas. The fine white crystals of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-bromoamphetamine hydrochloride, DOB, were removed by filtration, Et2O washed, and air dried. These weighed 1.7 g and had a mp of 195-196 °C. Recrystallization from IPA brought this up to 207-208 °C. Proton NMR spectroscopy of the hydrochloride salt in D2O gave confidence that the bromine atom had uniquely entered the 4-position, in that there were only two unsplit aromatic hydrogen atoms present, at 6.97 and at 7.20 ppm downfield from external TMS.

I remember talking with someone who was knowlegable and they said 2cb1 is not scheduled and gets you high.
I dont know though,sounds interesting....like that Formula 51 movie.... I appreciate your replies! Its good to talk to like minded people!
 
not 2cb-i....2c-i its a bit different than 2c-b there is also 2c-e and a few others i think. and im pretty sure your right about it being unscheduled.

that was a good movie too.
 
2cb and 2ct7 are both schedule 1. There is a chance you could be prosecuted with any of them though, as any 2c could probably be considered an analogue of 2c-b, making it illegal under the Federal Analogues Act...although I do not believe there is a legal precedent for it at this time... so basically, its up in the air.
 
I still haven't tried B. 2CI and 2CT7 is what's around my area right now...and I'll tell you what, man...wow. Just wow. It comes in tents though. You can take it or hoot it. Es muey bueno.
