No worries. I love to ramble too and I love reading rambles. Alright I'm gonna stop being so tight and order one. I'm trying to find a good one that doesn't require much maintenance and comes with everything ready out of the box... also some of these hydro stores have a ridiculous mark up. I'm looking at this one right now:
Voltcraft PHT-02
Yep just looked at it on YouTube. How much is it? They all need calabrated anyway I think

They don't look to bad mate. Don't flush again wait until they need watered again and then feed half nutes with a final PH of 6.4 - 6.5 if your in soil/ perlite. This fully worked for me. Also just a tip mate get some Shogun root enhancer for your next grow. You can buy online for about £16.00 it really makes your plants go wild with growth.
I have 100% perlite hempy buckets. These are passive/drain-to-waste hydroponics. The reason they are yellowing is because they are hungry as a result of not being able to uptake nutes from ph being too low or too high (in my case too high). I wouldn't worry too much about ph when growing in soil... especially if it's an organic grow

Well I thought that as well but now that I have my PH at a consistent 6.4 -6.5 at every water I'm seeing a massive improvement in growth. As I said they were really slow and I could tell something was wrong. So invested in a few things and changed the way I watered and now I'm so stoked they are growing so well.

It's 44.92 British Pounds. No including shipping. And It's not sold by a hydro store... overall it ticks all the right boxes :D
Sounds the go mate. Mine was £55 in a hydro store so sounds about right. Do it you won't regret it. As long as you keep the same PH. At every water. I also have ph up and down because the more different nutes you add the more your ph comes down, so you may need to bring it up again to you preferred ph

Yeah it appears like they're shipping in 8-10 days. I've just learned this. I might give em a call and see what's what

Just looked Amazon has one call essentials ph meter. It's £43 and looks like my one
I've never ordered from Amazon before. I should look into it

but anyway I decided to get a cheap pH meter and after I ordered they called me to say they're fresh out of stock and offered an HM Digital one for cheap (basically no mark up a all), and then they added free shipping. What a great way to celebrate 1 year of rollitup :D
