25,000sq ft

so my sis bf owns a series warehouse and they obtained a new customer and i thought it was quite funny. the request went something like this: "so we're interested in setting up shop in one of your facilites. We will require climate control as well as ample power needs. Along with climate control and power we require 25,000sq ft for hydroponic gardening. We at omega gardens will be using the facility to grow tomatoes and certain vegetables in our state of the art cylindrical/rotary grow system."....if i didnt live in a non mmj friendly state ide say he hit the mother load. took a look at the sytems and they look sick. i cant wait to go visit the warehouse and see all those systems set up-packed with veggies unfortunately. could only imagine what they would do with bud. Their motto "fill a warehouse, feed a city".

anyone have these popping up by you?....and if it went legal ide say this would be an insane op.
