203cfm centrifugal fan feels weaker than 130cfm fan?

I just upgraded from a TD-100x (135/100cfm; high/low) to a [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Silent TD-100XS (203/108cfm) because of smell problems, but my old TD-100X of 135cfm seems to blow more air than the new silent 200cfm fan. Am I missing something here? Yes I am certain they are both set to high.

Here's a link to the new fan (TD-100XS)

and the old fan (TD-100X)

Please if anyone has any idea what is going on, please enlighten me. I just installed it but it seems a lot weaker, I will test the smell in a few hours but I Really doubt this was much of an upgrade for 150$..

if it feels like it's blowing more air, then it probably is. unless there are leaks you don't see, there should not be anything you are missing. it could just be a lower quality fan, or the power of the fan could be excess, winding up as turbulence rather than airflow
