Yooooooo....what's up brotha!? Glad to see you back also.

Man...it should be a great season. Outdoors will be an adventure as always but the tent is gonna be crazy this year. Got a new 2x4 auto tent going.

Check the numbers on this bad boy for a 2x4...

Do you think I started my seeds (feminized) too early? I don't have space for really big plants and thought 30's would be a good compromise.
Nahhh...it will be fine I'm sure. I'd make sure to have some training/defol-ing/end of season remedies planned just to be safe though.

If any of them go long...those big trees CAN be a job to keep healthy and dry so they finish strong. But you got time to plan and plenty of help here from dudes that are pros.

It'll be awesome!

That's a nice light man.. perfect for 2x4, can't beat that even spread ... I started growing indoor too... have a 2x5 veg closet with Timber Daisy's in there... and a 4x8 flower tent with 2 Timber Redwood VS in there... been growing perpetual ... first plants are finishing now, lights are great from what I can tell... still could never compare to growing giants outside though...

Lot of changes for outdoor this year ... all beds are going living soil with clover cover crop, and I'll topdress with DTE amendments and worm castings throughout the season. I'll also keep a perpetual compost tea going so they'll get that regularly.

My strains are all over the place, I'm going with the strongest plants I've already got going now ... so far the 5 definite's are MOB (TH seeds)... Lip Smacker (Exotic) ... Booger Sugar (Envy) ... Bubba Hash (Ace) ... Grape Pupil (MMS) ... still trying to find the last few winners for this year ... I have Cherry Hills and Peanut Butter Breath from Thug Pug going now, and I'd like to get them out there ... also have a few other MMS strains going that I'd love to get out there... but they'll need to show more vigor if they're gonna make the cut

Sounds like a killer lineup. Pumped to see how that goes.

Those Timbers are sweet. And the Daisy's are a great deal. I almost popped on those when I was looking at COBs. I might still get a few haha

dsmer,

What material is that you use to hoop over your plants in that one pic? I’m looking to do a similar setup I’m in MA also.

Ive finally decided upon SFV OG, T.N.R., OG Kush, and I actually succeeded in germinating some 20 year old Mexican bag seed that was saved from some surprisingly potent weed.

the hoop was your basic 1/2” pvc I had laying around and the plastic was just cheap roll of clear plastic I got from tractor supply. Whole setup cost me about $20 and survived some surprisingly strong winds. Key is to leave the ends and sides open to let air pass through and not carry it away lol

damn this weather is the shit... I'll stay locked down for life if the weather is like this every day ... finally got the new steel hoops bent today, couldn't believe how easy it was ... I thought it was going to take a few days, it took a couple hours.... just need to add the purlins this afternoon and the new plastic tomorrow and I'll be in business ... I'm hoping it'll keep the night time temps high enough I can start moving some of the plants out there... they're outgrowing the veg closet pretty quickly

Weather was nice this weekend so started plumbing my drip irrigation. Had to crawl under my deck to add a spigot next to my garden bed. Just gotta get a few more things and I’ll be all set for planting very soon! Getting excited
Very nice grow space. How high is the fencing and I assume it has a locking gate? I don't see the claymores though. ;)

Pretty slick setup so worth the effort. I can control watering remotely anywhere in the world with a push of a button. Can setup timers, schedules, or auto watering based on weather. Now I can go on road trips and not worry about it! lol

looks good man, i gotta do something just like this next ... what are you using for piping there? how are the smaller lines tied into the main? ... i zoomed in and it looks like their punched into the main line and you're using zip ties on either side of the connection point ... is it holding well? no leaks?

Looks like a good chance of frost saturday night with several nights in the 30's in the long range forecast. It got to 33 here last night; looked like a light frost when I got up. Gonna keep the girls inside a couple of more weeks.

We are going from winter to summer again. F'in with my veggies, that's for sure.

the zip ties are only to get things neat and tighty and not have hoses flop around in the wind. The tubing is 1/2” mainline with 1/4” lines going to the drip emitters. The smaller tubing has a “T” fitting pressed into the mainline. It’s all part of a drip kit so that’s how it’s supposed to be. Not a single leak anywhere. It is regulated down to about 25psi

popping 3x Bubba's gift seeds for this outdoor season~ compliments of Humboldt Seed Organisation . I won these over the winter and since they are quick finishing plants @ 50 days, I'm hoping they will be good for out new england BS. It will be much easier for me this year as far as management~ I plan on doing some in a bed and some into pots.
The ones in pots I can bring inside if there is a hurricane and the ones in the bed will have to fight the weather. Updates will be posted over on where I won the seeds, so that others can see the growth characteristics.

I was going to try and get ahold of MOB seeds or cutting... but I can't seem to get them. I was very interested in this
