I'm all Mandala this summer.

Mandala Giants.

oh and I'll also have a few wild gorillas: 2 Malawi Gold, 2 Durban Poison, amongst others... planting them on the side of the road in May, won't go back 'til October. Fun fun fun! (till her daddy takes the T-bird away)

I have been so focused on my indoor growing that I never considered growing outdoor except that i get sun from 7am till 6pm.

So are there any strains especially resistant to heat for Californias High Desert? I have space and privacy. Id like to grow something with color and good taste. Ive been researching and there are so many options. Just to test i threw some Jamaican unknown seed and some unkown lavender strain.

I put the seeds in cups and watered it and left it. I check them every 2 days and they are now 5 inches tall.

So i believe i could plant a few quality teens and get some 6 foot at least.

Been searchin the threads on Desert grows and in general seems positive.

I am going to get some 100 gallon grow bags and put an even 8 out side.

Ok, starting seeds tonight! Here's what's on tap for the year:

5 Barney's Farm LSD
2 Delicious seeds Northern Lights Blue
1 Delicious Seeds Bubblegum Kush (from last years grow)

Freebies:
1 CH9 Blue Lemon Thai
1 G13 Labs Cheese

All are feminized, I am going to lst 5 and leave the rest alone to have a
"stadium" effect. My grow area is smaller so I have to make the most of the sunlight.

I'm interested to see how the LSD does outside, I have grown it indoors with success.
I love growing the freebies, especially for the Cheese. I grew Ex. Cheese one year and the
smell was crazy.

Good luck to all that are posting this year! Look forward to reading up on people's experiences!

So finally here are a couple pics of my girls going outside for the summer! I have one Lemon Skunk, one Critical Kush, and one Hash Berry for now waiting for others to root now. Will probably be putting them out this weekend now that I have an area cleaned out for them. Can't wait to see how these girls turn out!

OK finally have all of my girls together and outside! Have a lineup of some of my favorites as well as a couple new strains. I have Pitt Bull, White Berry, Critical Kush, OG Kush, Hashberry, and Lemon Skunk. Excited as hell to see how they turn out! The second pic is of my uncles crop, thought I would throw a pic of them in from time to time as well, they will be the true monsters this year.

Enjoy and happy growing!

I did that last year for the first time ever......vegged for 4-6 months....brought them out as healthy 5 footers........2 died from shock....and the other stunted growth and didnt do so well...

worst outdoor season ever for me....
It seems to not work very well to do this. Ive now seen 4 teens get put outside and it seems to either make them bud or just dry them the fuck out. An interesting idea would be to put them outside in December and bring them in at night until may. That could be a way to accomplish what your trying to do without shocking or killing the plant
