Agreed, many ppl take night shots and have no hermies:mrgreen:
So shoot it up....

thanks for the reassurance...i figured that IndicaFatNHeavy dude was just paranoid :bigjoint:

I am going to cut down on any interruptions of total darkness just for the sake of the plant, though.

Boy is she starting to smell now....any suggestions?

hey guys - also wondering about temps in there. During the day the temp lingers in the mid 70s. At night it goes down to the lower 70s. But during the latter half of the day, (4pm-8pm) the sun is beating on the large window in the room. So temps do get up past 80, probably peaking around 85 during these few hours, then it comes back down to the high 70s once the sun sets.

What is the ideal temperature range for Cannabis? The thermometer readings are above the light, so I'd imagine right under the bulb temps would be in the 90s.

I am no expert, but I would say that your temperatures are fine. The 90s just under the bulb may be a bit high, but you are not sure of this temperature anyway. Are the leaves closest to the bulbs being harmed in any way? If not, I wouldn't worry about it. As for temperature fluctuations during a 24-hour period, this is okay as your grow would be fine to simulate nature. And, in nature, the temperature does fluctuate.

I don't know what purple spectrum is but what do you mean by "head em"? Topping method?

As far as clones...you can start them 12/12 or veg them first, either way there is nothing "gradual". It's either 18/6 for veg, and then 12/12 for flower. Got some pics?

Here's my girl :leaf:

wow tonk she looks amazingly healthy. gonna be some great smoke i bet.

thanks bro!!

I'm going to pose a question for anyone following this thread...

If you had to guess the strain, what would you say? (50/50 Indica Sativa, 70/30 Indica Dom etc.)

I was told the seeds I got from a friend were Headband Kush, but i can't be sure. I think the genetics are good though, she's getting trichomes on the new bud leaves.

Updates soon, let me know what you think guys :eyesmoke:

hey guys, I'm guessing it's normal for some of the leaves on the bottom of the plant to start yellowing?

This is her 3rd or 4th week in flower, just started noticing it a day or two ago.

Very nice. I am no expert but to me your plant looks like some sativa dominant cross...

The temps inside your box are a little warm. Weed tends to grow best somewhere between 70-77 degrees F.
Your lights are fine, adding the two 2700k's was a very good idea, otherwise the ending product probably would have disappointed you.
Besides the temps, everything looks good. Add some molasses to your soil by mixing 1 tablespoon of black strap molasses with 1 gallon of water. This causes the buds to swell a little more and will help with the airy buds.
