the position of prez is not powerful enough to legalize marijuana if you are talking about the reality of keeping the people powerless, i guess i have to say in my opinion but......

its a bigger picture than just going and making marijuana legal. there are a lot of issues with conflicting laws. state laws and federal. too many patients are getting victimized.

well i am talking about legal in all ways to use how ever and where ever and for that matter all substances should be unencumbered in my opinion

no, even if he want to he doesnt have the power to do that. although if W is really going to hand it over to him then he could turn the next screw to be a dictator but the real power can always take him out. crazy shit is going down and i feel like the frog that doesnt jump out of the water cause the heat is being turned up slowly

never seen a lobster jump. see if you put a frog in hot water it will jump out but if you put him in cold water and heat it up gradually, he stays and cooks cause he only notices the danger if its sudden enough

ya you cant even have the head of some other nation try to relax cause the powers that be start pulling strings and you see it when they've gotten the word from above, its like woops did i say that ummmm well we will have to consider further ...then they end up harsher then when they started

even when it became legal in canada in 2001 cause the gov failed to asd on a court order and the prohibition fell they just faked some legal bs to pretend that it didnt happen but it did
