200 amp service question service box warm. please help

I have dedicated palce with 200 amp service. write to the point I will get. I am know in bloom stage with 12-12. my worry if it is one is my electric company meter is very warm to the touch- almost hot.my panal out side and my paleal in my place is not hot at all and warm at best. one area is at 130 amp. and when they turn off my other room is know at 100 amps max. Why is my meter so hot on there side? do I need to worry? I run my ballast all at 220. I feel my estimates are very close on my power consumption as I have fans ,dehumifiers , and lights caluated in. since I am bloom and doing half on half off why is the meter still warm? In the dead of the winter I had 220 amps running on the 200 service. that's when I started to back things down. I am keeping track very closely know. What are your thoughts? my meter is digital and says 49753 kw hour. and next it says 14.66 kilowatt. Thanks for the help.. again my side is warm to very warm and there side is hot.

if this is legal, call your electric company.

14.66 KW is probably what you are pulling at that instant.

There is no reason to worry, if there was an issue your main breaker would trip.

I would put an amp meter on the legs and see what it reads while you have everything on.

I run two 10kW rooms with 4 ton AC's on a flip with a 3kW / 1 ton veg room. All that is on a 150 AMP main with the rest of my house. Never had an issue, I have measured 86 and 83 amps on my grow feed legs.
