I missed the part where you said you cut out weed entirely, that sounds like a medical issue that weed is just exaggering because what i just said I meant that except to add usually a low tolerance would produce potent effects to provide relief, so to not get high as hell and feel relief, but rather feel pain instead, that sounds concerning. I originally pictured a senerio of excessive use, but if you cut it out then damn.

Antipsyc meds put anyone to sleep as a last resort. Hope it turns out fine. Hope you can actually see a doc, not sure if you were implying that was not an option.

Your sinuses are backing up causing pressure in your eyes and pain in your head. Use a decongestant a few minutes after smoking and see what happens. I bet your ears start popping once the moisture returns to your eyes and nose on the come down.
I have considered this, but I dont get nasaly
I have also considered my long term kind of heavy use may have made me allergic to it somehow, I'm not sure, but im not ruling anything out

for example, I have a so/so serious condition (more than) one that weed just exaggerates so I cannot use weed to medicate for it, some of my conditions I can, but not the others. Reason I cannot drink, so I am missing out on that but eh, I love weed more anyways.

The pain comes in 2 parts there's a tightening sensation behind the eye and temple, then every ten minutes or so a random sporadic painful stab to the area that lasts 3 or seconds and then buggers off for a bit

Yeah, there's a lot of excessive use, I smoke too much, but hey, it's nice

I stopped for 5 days, had about 3 hours sleep a night, and it was awful, now the tightening part of the pain was there, not as bad, but there, but I didnt have the stabbing pains

Then when I smoked again, the stabbing started lol

Yeah and as @PopAndSonGrows said, those sound concerningly like what he was worried about. I would be too, those are not areas to normally be acting up unless dehydrated/heat stroke symptoms. People do not notice how dehydrated they are until they quit drinking soda and just water instead, takes days to bounce back.

Then, quitting weed overnight also creates exaggeratted symptoms of my conditions too, not good for the body. There are psyc meds that are low level potenct but have great sleep knocked out effects, appetite and ect and can get off them wirhout issues.

Other types, are gruesome and up to a real psyc to determine if you need them, but the low level ones they prescribe for theraputic effects, WILL help with withdraw and sleep and ect if you DO need to tapper a lot off right away.

I am hoping its dehydration, as this is very highly likely, I never drink water, I drink about 7 large coffees a day, and soda

My lifestyle is piss poor, but I always have shit to do

So currently I'm down ro 1 or 2 coffees a day and I'm drinking 4ltr of water for the past 2 days, but I think I need to get some electrolyte stuff in me

Cheers

You know... If you're not in control of what goes into your body, who is? I too have had random health issues from street weed, on and off for years. My aunt, who I used to buy with, has some pretty crazy health issues that seem to be intertwined with cannabis. Headache, nausea, vomiting, bloody mucus, difficulty breathing, ect.
I also had some similar things to that happen when I smoked street weed, vape, and dab. I almost never smoke stuff from the street these days and I never get side effects.
I'm a firm believer in growing your own but I'll settle for some dispensary with hopefully some oversight.
Don't get me wrong, some of these underground growers are fantastic! But probably the biggest problem I see on the street is poor handling. I think only sometimes is it that the grower is to blame but I do know for a fact some people use straight up poison on their plants and non one is the wiser.
Switching from the street was one of the best things I've ever done.
Ps. I've been smoking for 25 years.

Caffiene headache? I go a few days no caffeine too when I get cronic headaches, occassional but they happen where weed just makes it worse. So I was wondering how it could be pain relieving to me in a serious setting because using a lot just makes me feel like a junkie lol

Usually bounce back quick though I am young. But I can relate to not being healthy enough still! lol Growing has actually kept me physycally active since I do desk work. Comes in handy when I get back aches that have me pretty much physically useless.

Lol I realized after posting that the photo could be taken the wrong way haha, I definetly did not mean it like that. In your case you would probably hate that bowl lol but if you have access to doctors and meds I bet you’ll be good as new when they find the right treatment. doctor feel good!

Even more reason to get checked out. Hows your vision? Pedialite or gatorade for electrolytes

Speaking for myself, when something lasts longer than a month, I see the doctor. About 75% of the time I talk myself into believing I have some sort of terminal issue and 100% of the time, I am wrong..

Just go see a doctor. Don't even play with it anymore.

Yeah thats my thoughts, if another week or so of trying to rehydrate myself properly doesn't work, in going to have too

Suprised no one mentioned Glaucoma, I heard of it and did a quick search, sounds like all the symptoms though weed usually is prescribed for that but yea that is the rest of advice I can suggest. Best of luck! Hate to hear anyone suffer specially with weed making it worse.
