20 plant coco grow set up

I'm looking to build the plan below -

Black circles = 20L Pots
Yellow Circles = 250watt in Veg Cycle and 600watt HPS in Flower Cycle within a parabolic reflector that has a 1metre diameter.
Growing in Coco
Veg for 5 weeks at 18 / 6
Flower for 8 weeks 12 / 12
Seeds = Dutch Passion White Widow
Grow room size is 2m x 2m
8inch Ruck Fan for Extraction
6inch Ruck Fan for Intake
8inch 200mm Rhino Carbon Filter
4x 250w Blue 6400k CFL for Veg
4x 600w HPS Bulbs for Flower


Is this enough space for the plants?
Is the layout perfect for lighting / growing etc or can it be re-arranged for a more suitable layout?
Is the ventilation system correct for 20 plants / area?

thats a big electricity jump for 4x600 watters man but other then that it seems good. you might wna just get a 600 watt mh/conversion bulbs instead of cfl cus a 250 watt cfl can definitly not handle 5 plants on its own.

Thanks for the reply buddy but what do you mean a big electricity jump? Too little electricity or too much or something else?

I thought CFL was best for veg cycle? MH bulbs are you say?
