Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum and this is my first grow. I've learned a lot along the way and made some big mistake but luckily my mistakes have only affected growth rate/yield. The major two mistakes I've made were not having enough light for the first two weeks of flowering and I think I over-potted when when I went into flowering, which I think the both combined stunted root growth. Anyways here's the info.

Lights: 2 x 250w hps run off of electronic metal halide ballasts.

Soil mix: (flowering)
1 part topsoil
1 part mushroom compost
1 part coco coir
1 part large size pearlite
.5 parts small size pearlite
.5 parts worm castings

Nutrients: (per gallon of soil, added one month prior to using)
1/2 cup high N guano
1 cup high P guano
2tbs bone meal
1tbs blood meal
2tbs kelp meal
1tbs rock phosphate
2 tbs dolomite lime
1tbs epsom salt
humic acid

Other additives:
1tbs root success
one packet mycozyme(or whatever its called)

Air circulation:
s & p 130cfm fan(exhaust)
2 wal mart 8 inch turbo fans(placed below bulbs)
1 8 inch occilating fan

Room:
8x4x2

Strains:
2 Nirvana Master Kush
2 Nirvana White Widow
1 Kannabia Big Band

Sorry for he crappy pics. Let me know what you guys think and if you have any tips!

I don't know if you read anything i posted but I listed all the things in my soil mix that you mentioned. I also stated that the reason the plants are so small is because I only had one cfl on all for them for the first two weeks of flowering.

All sounds well to me, and you know what mistakes you've made, thus learning and gaining experience. Congrats! The plants look healthy but just stunted, as you stated. Get ready for next run :-)
