I am currently growing with 2 1200 watt led lamps inside a 5x5x8 8 ft grow tent I have a 6 inch inline fan bring in cool fresh air near the floor and a 6 inch at the top of the tent sucking out the hot air I am still having heat problems the temp ranges from 65 to 95 what can I do to bring the heat down? I am thinking of installing a window ac unit any advice?

Are these true 1200W at the plug? Or just what it said when you bought them? What lights? I'm going to venture a guess and say since you have a matching active intake that you are using bullshit booster fans like this. If so that's your problem.

Also, do you have the exhaust vented to another completely separated space? Also what are the ambient temps out of the room that the intake is pulling from? But again if you are venting directly into the same room you are intaking from that can be another issue.

^^^ Totally agree with skunky, those fans are fucking bunk and more than likely what you have, you need HO or high output fan, those things (if thats what you have) are not even 100 cfm if I remember from the cheapo I bought. Do yourself a solid and look into getting a max fan or vortex or something of the type cus those are not gonna cut it and 95 degree days in bud makes for airy buds, trust me.....
Good luck, also since you did not mention having one in there, look at getting a oscillating fan to blow over your plants, will help with canopy temps. I just use a cheap tower fan from Menards.

So them vortex fans will do the trick?
Yes, and get a variable speed controller with it. That way you can use the variable controller to adjust your temps as needed. Even with this, those panels are probably pulling 650-750 at the plug, x2, too much in a 5x5 imo, you may deal with the heat issue but you'll drop your humidity while sucking out the heat. With 1300-1500W + dry air = burn the shit out of your plants. Try using just one light, if they'e any good one should cover a 5x5 fine. 2 cents...
