2 week old plants stunted with leaves drooping down.

I'm having problems with growth( at least I think I am) and leaves drooping down on my 2 week old plants. I also just recently noticed problems with fungus gnats and aphids which I took care of with neem oil and DE. This is my first grow but I have done LOTS of research. Let me give you a background of my setup.

1000 watt MH
2000 watt led full spectrum
2 420 cfm exhaust fans
1 240 cfm Intake can
14000 btu portable ac unit ( dual hose which also acts as a 330 cfm exhaust and intake)
1 oscillating fan
2 other fan
Humidifier to keep rh at 50-60%

The seedlings have been growing in ff light warrior seed mix with extra perlite added for drainage.

I know it's some heavy lights but they are 28 inches from plants and have not shown signs of light burn. I didn't have any money left in my budget for cfl lights lol.

Temps are always between 70-77f degrees.

Please help me out follow growers that have more experience with this. I'm very motivated to do this right and have put a lot of money into this and this is my first opportunity to grow. Please look at the pics and let me know what you think. I might of been overwatering but even when the coco cups were bone dry the leaves were still drooping. The two strains im growing are master kush and grand daddy purple. Thanks in advance.

1st off, with the LED, the MH is a waste of money. Just use the LED and keep the MH as a backup.
2nd question is what is that white shit on the soil?
3rd point is I would transplant into a larger pot with standard soil, like FFOF, the seed starter is exactly that, just for starting seeds.
Your in a flood and drain with coco pots? How big are the pots?
No problem there, just give them water twice a day and they'll do fine (do not let the coco dry out)
Your going to go broke though paying your electrical bill with all those lights and the AC. Try just using the LED without the MH, and see what your temps are like.
You probably wont need the AC in my opinion, and the humidifier will be a waste unless you live in a desert.
You should lose that white shit and feed them a very lite dose of food and repot into good soil.
Good luck and hang in there :)

That white shit is Diatomaceous earth which is very good for killing aphids and fungus gnats since I had a problem with them due to overwatering a little. The soil is fox farm light warrior and I have ff ocean forest for when they outgrow the pots and they will be in 7 gal fabric pots. I thought it was too early to start feeding them nutes, I thought nutes should be used at the 3 week mark. The ac is set to 72 degrees and it rarely kicks in at this point since temps have been a stable 70-77 degrees. Without the humidifier rh has been about 35-40 RH which I was told is way to low for young plants. The humidifier keeps rh at 50-60 rh. As for repotting I was told to transplant when the leaves are touching each other and there not even close to doing that. The coco planters are a little bigger than a party cup. So for being 2 weeks old do they look like the right size? They are about 3 inches tall and maybe an inch across with the second node just starting to grow.

that is way too much and way too close to the plant, might be your problem. and no a 2 week old plant should have AT LEAST 3 sets of leaves not including the cotys and that’s on the slowest growing strains.

Ya that's what I thought, they should have more nodes. As for the lights they aren't showing signs of light burn and heat is not an issue but I will turn off the mh to see if that helps. I was told that a distance of 26-32 inch is optimal for young plants. Can too much light stunt plants? Signs of too much light are leaves usually curling up I thought not drooping down.

With both lights on my plants were getting 50,000 lumens, I turned the led off and dimmed the mh to 250 watts and now it's at 10,000 lumens so hopefully that corrects the problem.

Run the led only till they get bigger. Dimming hue lights is hard on bulbs and changes spectrum.

The de is fine.

Run the led at about 24 inches and don't over water. Wait for the pots to feel light.

Wow I didn't know that about hid lights, I'll try running just the led then. I'm hoping the lights were the problem since that's an easy fix. I know about watering now. I had to learn the hard way with getting fungus gnats and aphids but have it under control with the de and neem oil. Thanks for the advice.

Yea. If drastically changes spectrum when dimming hid. The best ones have a switch that is 400, 600 and 1000. You switch bulbs. It allows you to run differnt wattage bulbs and not alter the spectrum from dimming the bulb.

So I just ordered a 125 watt cfl hydrofarm light and fixture, would that be better for seedlings to like 3 weeks or so?

The led would have worked great.

Start the first week or two under the cfl then the next week with both the cfl and led. Then the big light.

Yes. The cfl will work as well.

Ya, I have 10 more seeds that are germinating and thought the 2000 watt led would be too much since they're 10 watt diodes. I'm determined to start this second batch right, I'm not so sure about the other 4 from the pics they aren't looking to good.

You can run any power light. They grow in the sun.

I used to start mine straight under a 432 watt t5 with uv. I didn't even have to garden then when I put them outside.

If he light is too much just raise it up high and lower it over time.
