2 plants in one container?

I grow autos and was wondering if anyone has ever tried growing 2 plants in one 5 gallon pot?

I've never thought to try it.

I would not try it. Roots will likely get tangled competing for space.

I agree with Doug. It takes my oldest Son and I to hulk one of my ladies out of its #7 pot. I wouldn’t try it.

I'm sure huge fields of them grow quite harmoniously.
Maybe it's different in a pot?

Yes, pot's have bottom and side limitations sending the roots other directions. Not the same in a field.
