2 blue dream clones on CFL

Hey everyone. i just started a couple clones (blue dream). I am using 6 42W CFL's. I have done alot of research but i could definitely use any tips. One thing that I was hoping to get help on was the watering. What are signs that i can look for to know that they need to be watered? how much should i water them at a time? any tips will help. thanks

Stick finger 3-4 inches into soil. If dry or just barely moist water
