yea, PowerBox makes them. (http://powerboxinc.com/products.html). you need to get a light controller as well though. they have diagrams if you click on the boxes and then scroll down.

from what i have seen they aren't really worth it. you save a little money on the extra ballasts you don't have to buy but you still have to buy all the lamp cords, hoods, bulbs, etc... by the time you buy the flip box and the light controller you could have just bought the ballasts. run the flip yourself with 2 light controller boxes or just a bunch of timers. they do make sense if you are trying to do larger grows like 10 ballast controlling 20 lights or something like that.
