area 19"W 60"L 50"T lights 2, 500w cfls "65w=500w" 6, 40w fouresecne and i want to start flowering 8, 12"-15" tall plants tonight. anything i should do first?

will these lights work better for flowering then the 65w 6500k lights i have right now?
