1st Time Grower, Bushy A$S plant should it lollipop/trim?

So my plant is day 53 of veg and it's bushy as shit I'm only using 4X23W 6500k CFL. but she's extra bushy and the leaves under the canopy are drooping and dying. I think I'm not getting enough light down there. I'm gonna start flowering her in about a week just wondering if I should leave her bushy like so or try and do some lollipopping/trimming. I've never grown before so I'm not even sure if my plant should be this bushy here are some pics

She's small enough, I wouldnt. Light penitration can already make contact with essential every leaf. I'd just keep it off the soil.

Dude, you went quite a long way on less then 100w of cfl's lol. If you dont have any more lights, expect to flip soon if not now.

Haha thanks I thought so too. But Yea I'm gonna scoop like 4 more light fitting's so I can throw 4 more bulbs in there. When I switch to 12/12 so I'll have 6X23W 2700K and 2X23W 6500K do you think that will be enough to flower her?

With 10 23w bulbs, just flip now. It will be enough light to get something back. Won't be much but better then nothing. Can you go for 40/67w 2700k bulbs?

I would flip now, but I won't have the 2700K bulbs till around Weds and don't know if 6500K will do the job till then. I DO want to get some bigger wattage CFL's tho. But at the closest home depot to me, the biggest they sale is 23w and 40w but the 40w is $10 each and I can get a pack of 4x23w for $10 so I'm in a predicament lol. I could order some online for around the same price just don't want to wait a week or two.

Flip now and keep those 6700k bulbs as close as possible to the tops without burning them. They WILL stretch so check them 1-2 times a day.

Cool man think I'm gonna do it. I've been waiting almost 2 months so I've been waiting on any excuse to flip the switch lol

Got damn bro lol 100w was a good reason to flip at 30 days. Its a learning process right? You'll get there. 60 days is my veg time and those two plants get 1000 watts.

Any leaves that are touching the soil is prone to problems.
