1st harvest please help!!!

the problem I have is I need to harvest all of the mian cola but I was unsure as to how this is done as I need to leave the bottom buds on plant as they need alittle longer to mature! can I just cut the whole top off plant??? I don't really want to start cutting the buds off individuly really!! quick replies please thanks fellow growers!

you can cut the top nug and leave the smaller ones to mature, it will give u a better "peak" of THC
it wont kill ur plant, only thing is really convenience.
