Amazing first grow! I really like seeing ppl using LED's. Its becoming more and more popular and I am sure I will switch once the price comes down a bit. Should be a pretty good weight on those beauties! I have a few autoflower seeds that I am going to start up pretty soon! Lemme know how it smokes, good job man! Great first grow!

Thanks for stopping by, I appreciate the kind words! I am very pleased and amazed at how trouble free it was! I just gotta get thru the drying and curing. Speaking of which, I just closed the lids on the 7 jars of Onyx. Maybe I'll weigh them each day. I can't wait to post a smoke report. I have been tokn on some of the scissor hash and some of the accidental snips. I like the high!

Well I decided this morning to bring the EasyRyder down and put into jars. Seemed pretty dry to thus rookie! I'll just keep a close eye on them just like the other jars! So I have a total of 11 1qrt wide mouth size mason jars full. Not crammed but pretty full in each jar. Hells Yeah! Anyway I have some preliminary weights to report. I do expect to lose some of the weight to evaporation. Anyway the total for all eleven jars right now is 5.4 oz. In the end I expect 5 oz. If not, really close to that. Still got some curing time but I will reweigh and post all results and a smoke report! I have been tokn on some of the trimmings and also smoked the last of the mini harvest and have gotten ripped every time. I am definitely happy with the HIGH! Thanks for following!

Count thanks for the kind words! I'm amazed at my first harvest also. Thought for sure I'd screw something up! I still have a lot to learn! I guess I need to get started on my second grow so I can keep on learning lol. IMO this led light has proven itself! I guess for $1200 it better! Lol. I think I'll get 5oz. from the harvest. That to me pays for the light. Hells Yeah! That makes me happy! Gotta keep it going so the only money spent on medicine is money spent growing it! I can definitely self sustain now! Thanks again!

So last night I picked up another half oz. Of some medicine. I got a qrtr of super lemon haze an eighth of moby dick and an eighth of grapefruit kush. I bought from the grower. He uses 1000w hps in his grow. Anyway I was comparing the density of his medicine to my medicine. Now the moby dick and the grapefruit kush are more dense than my onyx. Mine seemed more dry IMO. Pretty sure he said he cures for about two weeks. IMO the easyyder is closer in density to his than the onyx. Now the super lemon haze is a different story. I think the density of the lemon haze and the onyx are close and the easyryder is denser than the lemon haze. The lemon haze also has to be dryed a little more so I can grind to vape. I have actually left the lid off of the jar of the lemon haze today and it seems grindable now. I'm bbbaked and these are just some things I was thinking about that's all. I'll try and post a pic of my Harvest jars later tonight. Not sure though cause UFC is on so I'll be prepping for the ppv. Anyone follow ufc?

That's cool just wondering. Another thing I have noticed is that I really manicured my onyx. Got rid of most sugar leaves in between the nuggs. I've noticed that the medicine I just bought is not as manicured. Not saying it's bad just an observation. Well I'm drinking a beer prepping for some ufc tonight. About the only time I drink is watching ufc. I prefer smoking over drinking fo sho! When I drink I don't smoke bud. Definitley don't smoke if I am drunk it makes me spin and puke. Lol. For me bud and drink don't mix. Never has.

Yeah man, I divided my attention between good scotch and good sour mash bourbon. Generally a Wild Turkey man and sometimes Jack, but when I felt like mixing it with coke, Jim Beam fit the bill nicely. Hell, it even comes in cans premixed here. Soaking sun leaves and trim in bourbon makes for a nice liquor. Try soaking some for a short while, strain and and mix coke or something (if you soak it too long it'll get too rich, like a tincture). It's a fine mix of mood enhancers. I can't compute not mixing pot and alcohol. I just can't do it. THERE'S GOT TO BE A WAY!

Hells Yeah Beam and coke is my drink of choice! I seen the beam and coke in cans also, years ago while I was in Darwin Australia. Haven't seen or heard of it like that since. That would be bad azz if we had it here! So I had a good buzz last night and decided to smoke a bowl before bed, and sure as shit I got the spins. Just can't do it! Smoke and drink don't mix with me!

HigH people. Quick update on the weight and the curing. Well it's been almost a week since the Onyx went in to jars and about 5 days for the EasyRyder. I have been burping them a couple times a day. Still got a green smell to them. I hope that changes soon! I want to smell some pungent ChroniC. A few days ago I weighed each jar and had a total of 5.4 oz. I weighed them last night and have a total of 5.2 oz. Still very happy with that total and will be if it drops some more! It has been a total success to this point. After this first grow, I am realizing my ability to self sustain and save my loot! That's what I'm talking about, not paying for medicine! That's what it's all about!! I am confident in saying that this first harvest has paid for the Supernova! I will be totally in the black after my next harvest. Dam now I want a bigger space! lol I know I'm still a rookie who has a lot to learn. Don't want to get over confident. Here are a couple pics of the jars of medicine. HigH people! I've been MIA for a bit, it's the busy time of the year for me! Not much time to do anything but vape work vape and sleep. We'll I've been curing for a month now, and I am definitely glad I did. Both strains turned out killa. I did over dry some of the Onyx, but most came out good and still sit in the jars. The EasyRyder turned out KILLA! Really nice buds and bouquet. Both strains get me hella ripped! I have given samples of both strains to some friends and also to my fave dispensary. All I asked for was some honest feed back good or bad. Everyone loved it and was blown away by it! The dispensary loved the fact that I grew it LED style! I ended up with 5 ounces of CHRONIC medicine. Not bad for a rookies first ever grow! I would say it was a total success and I will be in the black after my next harvest! It sure feels good on payday not having to spend my hard earned loot on medicine! What an awesome feeling to grow and smoke your own medicine! Thanks to everyone for following, all the great advice, and kind words! Lmao @ all the LED H8RS!
