I find it depends on the strain but You should have a nice yield. Although I have seen a few Pe grows now and it seems you may have to veg longer. I seen Mr.2shim and sr.verde and both seemed to have the same problem not much stretch. I have so little stretch on my LAD at 16 days, I should have filled the screen completely up and a inch or 2 above the screen and flower.lol
Haha yeah im glad i can i say i know what you mean, so much room in my tent. im thinking of getting another waterfarm and growing 2 at a time with shorter veg

I would advice against 2 waterfarms in one tent. I think Pe just might not stretch much, Now I have a kandy kush pheno that will out grow alot of area fast, so as i said earlier strain dependent. You always like more room then when you 8 days in 12/12 and you have no room to lst bend anything, and I have been there. I have a White bear growing now that seems to be a stretcher, Although awesome genetics in that strain.

Great conversation regarding the stretch period with scrogging plants! I've scrogged 4 different strains now and have to say, it also has a lot to do with how much you super-crop the tops and when. If you super-crop just before or during the first two weeks of flower, you can help it stretch less and develop a bit more during that period instead. I've found that if you continue weaving and moving the tops out to the sides until the end of the first week of flowering, you can often fill much more of the screen right as it starts stretching - then super-crop mid-second week or even into the third week of flower. But those are just my personal methods... :leaf:

He never said anything about it, so I wonder how Scottyballs dealt with the problem of the roots growing into the rez and clogging up the return line. Mine has only been in that setup for a week and already the roots were trying to grow down the drain tube (little bastards).

HAHA laughed right at the end there. But yeah thats the one thing i wasn't prepared for, don't worry about it though i had to to end up buying a timer so the waterfarm didn't overflow, can also plug some of the holes on the drip tube with 1/2 tubing. fits right over it. Did you put a screen in the drain tube to try and stop em?

I haven't put any screen to try and block roots because I've heard they're just going to grow through the mesh anyway lol. So instead M loosely tying the roots together and seeing how that works I read it's call honeycombing so I'll let you know how it works out. More or less trying to train the roots around the pumping column

Looking really good man. Hopefully mine comes out as frosty.

As for the drains root issue. I think I am coming to that road as well. I do have a type of cage (http://eastwesthydro.com/hydroponics/pumps-irrigation/botanicare/botanicare-ebb-flow-fitting-screen-708554?utm_source=google&utm_medium=shopping&utm_campaign=product-feed)around my return to the res but roots are getting into it. Might buy one of those bags that are suppose to go around your pump to keep things from clogging it and putting it around the return in the plant bucket. Should help a lot.

Thanks man beginners luck i imagine it seems incredibly frosty. And yes, that is my one last problem still, the damned drain tube. i may make an addition larger port to vent water, (ruining my waterfarm) or find some sort of fine screen dunno how thats going to effect flow though, maybe when its already root blocked it would still have trouble overflowing. thanks for the info though seems to be a harder answer to find

Shoot, is it going to be decieving because a lot of the crystals are still clear?
If you pull now to me you will have some good look mild bag.Clear you will have a nice buzz but wont be near as strong as more amber.I flushed before 3 weeks or so with no issue, hell I was harvesting lol.But have fun on your trip.Side note got some for your trip and leave the rest, and you will be happy you did.I pulled some early like you and will never do it again.WE grow for months and trip out on the last weeks.Damn i love growing lol.
