Thank goodness you removed the bubble wrap! It serves no real purpose as far as reflecting the light, and it holds too much moisture in the soil. It is better if you can see what's going on with the soil anyway.

She's about 10 inches wide but only about 4-5 inches high, would this be normal for a plant of about 17 days old (she's a short rider auto)?

NNNNNGGG!!!!

unless you used green-board the (moisture resistant, for bathrooms etc...) drywall will also soak up moisture, until it slumps over like undercooked pudding or starts growing mould. drywall also traps heat and holds it
tell me about it, I had to rebuild a few walls just because the idiots put usual drywall in there and i got mold on the corners, on the bottom the top. Don't knwo about the pudding part tho. Didn't happen to me

Temps look stable at 25ish and new leaves and growth daily, she's still short as hell though at about 5-6 inches but is about a foot wide.

you need to keep your temps down. do you have any kind of fan in the box to circulate air?

plant looks good, bushy for its height. good going.

All input/criticism welcome, I'll try to take it on board. Think she still looks good, growing like wildfire.
