1st grow (any advice welcome?)

This is my first grow. I'm just wondering If I should bring my clones closer to the light (1 yard away currently), they seem to not be stretching which is good, and they have plenty of growth. But I figure I should ask. Also I am using the 1000watt MH for veg at the moment. And I do keep constant air on them. Also what can I do to get a good yield?

Kit:

1x 1000watt HPS/MH

grow store soil

1gal pots

Room temp max 88f

2mil mylar

Recipe for Success Starter Fertilizer Kit

Plants:

1x diesel (center)

3x I.S.S. (right side)

3x W.W. (left side)

Lookin good but you could probably move your light closer they look big enough for more intense light. You could also bring your temps down which will give you better results.

Then how could I bring the temps down? Budget is low now lol the room is 6Wx8L Also here are some more pics.

So would an oscilateing fan cool my room or do i need a portable Ac
