1st grow, any advice folks?

Been growin since june 17th. Its an autoflower. I have had nothing but issues trying to grow my own! Lessons learned but still very inexperienced to say the least! This looks small and not the best but ive stuck with it. Starting to smell citrusy now, How long roughly until this will be ready anybdy?

It’s got a bit to go. You’ll see the pistils start to turn colour and recede. The best way is to buy a 60x magnifier and check the trichomes.
By the way, my first grow was an auto flower and I never made it to harvest. You’re doing really well.

well its been 10 weeks so you're getting close. maybe 1-2 more weeks. looks good.

^lol no. You got a few weeks+ on that thing. Do you know about how long ago it started flowering? Generally breeder times are not to be paid attention to.

aye mate cheers a thought autos would be easiest option to grow, alot harder than i thought haa! mainly had problems with temps and stunted growth. Oh n deficensys .First few weeks i fukd around way too muchm seems to have filled out a bit now an recovered slightly.but now leaves are dying off and ive snipped away at big fan leaves so the sites at the bottom can grow. Should i keep feeding nutrient mix at this stage or jst water?

Roughly3weeks maybe a month i noticed tiny pistils. Tbh i dont have a clue mate. Should have been more prepared but its smellin good and some frost there so long as i can smoke n get high am happy

Hopfuly bud been chokin to try some ive grown myself, gona try a hydro setup with 3-6plants an stik with autos,

Patience i do no have buddy haha.plus got gas service next week so im worried of the smell etc. Could i say stash the plant outside for a couple hours? Am in scotland so weathers not great but still plant will be ok outdoors durin the day for a while mate??

What? Not sure what you asking but you cannot actually 'make' a plant female or male otherwise companies would not be selling feminized seeds - This info is stored genetically in the seed.

Stress can cause a plant to have both male & female flowers and some people would also say that if seeds are stored and germinated in particular conditions then you are almost sure to get females. Never tried and cannot confirm this but what is sure is at the stage your lady is in, then there is nothing you can do to 'make' it a female. Just sit back, cross fingers and watch out for them white protruding pistils!

How old is the plant?
With an auto you should start seeing pistils after 4 / 5 weeks - Takes longer for photos in my experience.

This is how mine looks like (pics taken last weekend) - It is a royal haze auto and the first day of light for the lady was on 21 June when she finally broke the surface and i think i am still a couple of weeks away. Checked the trichomes a couple of days earlier and i still have about 40% clear and 60% milky.

Looks nice bud what u using light wise? I don't have a magnifying scope i defo need one. But mines is not far behind yours although mines isna few days older. Critical orange punch auto. My next ones gona be purple express auto. Hydro this time. What u find easier mate. ?

Cheers bud thats what i was wantin a rough idea as to when it be ready. As for nutes an that should i start to give less or even jsy water? Ive read alot about flushing etc but tbh im no fussd as long as a get a decent stone off it lol.

Can't say bc I don't use nutes I'm organic! But ppl say to start the flush 2 weeks before harvest

Ok what do you use mate somthin like kind soil water only? Or your own organic mix? I would be going the organic route but used what i had to hand. Jst a closet grow with absolute basics. wana finish this then try hydro. This was my first go at growing anything! But i know i can do better next time round.
