What? Not sure what you asking but you cannot actually 'make' a plant female or male otherwise companies would not be selling feminized seeds - This info is stored genetically in the seed.
Stress can cause a plant to have both male & female flowers and some people would also say that if seeds are stored and germinated in particular conditions then you are almost sure to get females. Never tried and cannot confirm this but what is sure is at the stage your lady is in, then there is nothing you can do to 'make' it a female. Just sit back, cross fingers and watch out for them white protruding pistils!
How old is the plant?
With an auto you should start seeing pistils after 4 / 5 weeks - Takes longer for photos in my experience.
