Hi all, I've been so please with my grow this year i figured I share to others. I've grown small scale closet and bathroom grows before but that was about 7 yrs ago and haven't done one since. I ran into an old freind a few years ago and before that it was another 4 year gap. Recently he came accross some seeds and asked I wanted the opportunity again and figured why not. It was very theraputic for me just being around them so went ahead at it. I still had all my old gear so it wasn't going to be as expensive to get going just nutes, soil and couple things hear and there really. Only have pics with them at 3 and 2 months old but will be updating as I'm about to flower.
Growing on a 4-6 month grow-harvest period. Have from what my friend told me they were are 1 trainwreck hybrid its 3 months old, 2 purple trainwrecks 3 months old, 1 sour chem 2 months old.
Heres the setup:
-2 400w MH air cooled lamps( daystar ac fixtures) on digital ballast
-1 250w CMH( Ceramic metal halide with HPS ballast)
using a 20/4 light cycle
-vortex 6 inch fan and a couple small 4 in comp. fans
-IR film around the room
-insulated ducting
-2 Homegrow CO2 bags ( plants loving the boost)
-3 and 5 gal pots and 2 humididomes
As far as the nutes used botanicare products last time I grew, the triflex line, and liked them so went ahead bit more natural this time.
-Pro Blend Pro Grow
-Aquashield
-Vitamino
-Liquid Karma
-Original Pro blend tea
-Silica Blast
-Black strap molasses(yes during veg)
Using Spring water with a PH of 6.8
also Rood Oregonism XL bacteria and fungi
Also Foliar feed regularly with liquid karma, vitamino, dutchmaster saturator( as wetter) and DM reverse(used twice on some stress induces banna poppers.
In the pics below the massive one in the train hybrid and only stand about 2 ft tall but about 4 ft wide by the wall. The 2 smaller ones on the right are the purple wrecks and the middle left is the sour chem. I have one stressed induced male preflower on the sour chem that I'll be using to do the controlled concentrated cross polinating with the other 2 strains.
I've been LST'ing from there infancy off and on and have cut about 30 clones from the lot and don't have the pics yet, they're rooting currently.
Let me know what yall think, I'll be keeping updates since I'm going to start the 12/12 cycle this week. Not bad for a 7 year comeback if I say so myself!!
