day 21 and 17

well it was a tough week for me and the plants, but we made it through(i think). the plants started to droop pretty bad last fiday, and i also noticed that they were drinkin alot of water pretty frequently. so i decided to transplant them in their final resting home. a 12 inch planter.when i did so i noticed that both of them had large root balls at the bottom. i think the drooping was because of this. and also i think i've been overwatering them a little bit aswell ,so i haven't watered them since sunday. although i do plan on watering pretty soon.

i also started lst on both of the plants. 2 wraps on 1 , and 1 wrap on the other. they both seem to be taking to it very well.

plants are still drooping alittle bit but i notice alot of new growth.could this be because the roots aren't fully dug in to the new soil yet?:-?anyway here are some pics of the progress . sorry bout the qaulity.

yeah drooping was most likely due to rootbound also might just be me but those plants and your avatar look more indica. usually takes about 3-7 days for plants to realize they are in bigger pots keep on eye on them post any changes

day 28 and 24( 6 more till 12/12 wohoo!)

not much has changed this week with the exception of some new growth. seems like a couple days after the transplant and they rebounded right back on track.Lst continues and i 'm starting to wonder why everyone does not do this. i can't imagine why you wouldnt. my younger plant isn';t doing as well as the older . seems to struggle abit. either way i hope their both females.

i've also been lookin at alot of pictures and i think my plant resembles ssh super silver haze. although i highly doubt it.any ways wish me luck peoples, i'm not tryin to see any balls.

day 35 and 31(12/12 started)

well this week i'm pretty sure i figured at least one thing out. and that is why my younger plant is struggling so much. i remembered the other day that when i had transplanted them in larger pots that i had used some hyponex soil along with a scotts potting mix together for the younger and all scotts for the older. you can clearly see the difference in the pictures. the hyponex has no nutes and no perlite or any of that other good shit. so my thinking that it has two problems . the most serious being drainage. the other being it might probably need some nutrients . not alot just a little to perk it up.i'll be addressing this soon.

as you can see below i have before and after pictures of lst on my larger plant.i did it about 30 minutes ago and my fingers smell so good still. god i hope these plants are female please!!! enjoy

hey man, the ladies are lookin great! Thanks for lettin me know about the LST you're doing. My power skunk is a serious sativa, and i definitely plan on trying out some LST. She's a little young, but soon. Did you top them and are doing lst on multiple branches, or are you just working the main growth shoot around the pot? looks awesome!!!
Also, what are you using to tie the branches down? Looks like some sort of flexible wire.

thanks man, i didn't top them at all . i was afraid of it slowing the growth.and yes i am lst on all branches that get to high, not just the main stem. although i did originally start with just the main stem. i figured why not do it to all of them.don't no if its good or bad but i don't care either. some things u just gotta find out the hard way. as for the wire its an insulated rubber training wire that i bought at a local garden center for 5 bucks for 50 ft.it works well . plus when i'm done i can just reuse them if i wanted but prob wont. thanks for stopping by. i 'll be keeping an eye on your jornal aswell , cause i'd like to see that power skunk come to fruition.i heard bad things about those free seeds so good luck. i got some of my own that i'll be tryin someday.:weed:

day 42 and 38

one plant has for sure started sexing. it is the younge,r weaker , less healthy looking plant. its been about 8 days since i started 12/12 and i'm 75% sure that it is a male:sad:. my other stronger, healthier ,older plant is still trucking along so i'm still holding some type of hope for a yield.we'll see.

here are some pictures of the progress. sorry about the closeup quality, it was a camera phone.the very first pic you can kinda see the nuts under my index finger.
