I've never done one of these before so I'll do my best. I ran out of Rapid Rooters so I had to use soil this time around. I'm grow Plushberry, a unknow kush and a few seeds I got out of this bag of this really good weed. I'm using T5 fluorescents for germination. Here are a few pics of them 3 days old.
