I am up in MI. I've got some family out there though and planned on visiting in March. What can a guy get a good pound for out there?

Legally you personally can't buy a pound, I don't think you can legally purchase any amount at a dispensary either because you are out of state(not 100% sure on that). However if you have a MI card, you will be protected under the law and allowed to posess per the AMMA. You could do a Patient-to-Patient exchange, but the meds would have to be Free with nothing of value exchanged and that weight would legally max out at 2.5 oz.

Water cooler talk has led me to believe that dispensaries are willing to pay between $2,500 and $3,000 per pound for good quality, well trimmed medical grade cannabis.

Been hanging around the same water cooler as me apparently.

Dispensaries have already setup an internal purchase and share program and the wholesale price seems to be around $2200-2500 and that's without having to go to Caregivers or collectives. This is exactly what I predicted. 300% markup.

I understand what is legal and what isn't. There are tons of states that you can't possess it at all but it is still for sale! I wanted to know what it went for on the streets.

A qualifying patient that has been designated as the caregiver for 5 other qualifying patients through the AzDHS can posses 15oz total...

anything over in the good ol' state of Arizona is a felony and the Green card has no legal backing at this point!

This reminds me of the kids who posted on craigslist looking for pot! Good luck! Fishing time!

where do you read this?

no judge in their right mind would believe that 72 plants at harvest time would give the Caregiver less than 15oz.

The AMMA...

I am not talking about incidental marijuana from a harvest..

Obviously this man is looking to acquire/receive not cultivate. Read the fucking AMMA and you will see you are wrong.

So Piss OFF
