Here's my setup:

Gear:
4'x4' tent
1K Lumatek Digital Ballast
1K Lumatek HPS bulb
16x 2 Gallon Pots
Canna Coco medium
Magnum XXXL 6" air cooled reflector
4" Can Fan HO intake
6" Vortex Fan for cooling light

Plants:
16x Green Cush clones

My current 4K grow is going strong and is finishing the 3rd week of flowering. I'm doing this grow under one light to test out Green Cush before I commit to doing a whole room of it.

Here's a link to my 4K watt grow: https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/489458-4000-watt-sour-grapes-space.html

I'm off to pick up the clones now. Attached are some photos of the tent setup that I'll be using for this smaller grow

Note: The reason I only have an intake and no exhaust fan on this setup is because the tent it so small that one fan is enough. The 4" Can Fan HO pulls fresh air in through a vent at the bottom of the tent and is passively exhausted through an open vent at the top of the tent. It causes the walls of the tent to push out a little because of the positive pressure but doesn't affect anything.

The air cooled reflector has a dedicated 6" Vortex fan just to cool the light so it never gives off any heat. Even when the light has been on 24 hours straight, the glass is still cool to the touch so heat isn't an issue with this tent.

I'm sub'd here too man!

What can you tell me about the strain?
I can't tell you much. I'll have to do some research. What I know is that it is an 8 week strain, hybrid but sativa dominant, and doesn't have the stretch that you would expect from a sativa.

I picked up my clones and coco. Pictures coming soon!

Clones are here. I'm going to soak the cubes right now in a mix of 8ml/gal Hygrozyme, 6ml/gal H&G A, 6ml/gal H&G B, 1ml/gal Roots Excelurator, 10ml/gal Sweet, and 1 scoop of Great White mycorrhizae.

Followed by that will be an episode of Walking Dead and Dexter and then hopefully I'm not feeling too tired to pot my plants in their 2 gallon coco pots.

I drenched the rockwool last night with my mix and let them sit in a tray overnight with a New Wave T5 about 3" above the cuttings. Today potted them into coco. I accidentally calculated for 1 gallon pots instead of 2 gallon so they're all in 1 gallons except for the four in the back row. I'll transplant into 2 gallon pots in 3-4 days once the roots have started to fill up the 1 gallon pots. After potting the cuttings I sprinkled Great White on the top soil.

I watered with the same solution I drenched my cubes in last night. I watered just until runoff and then kicked on my fans and 1K HPS.

DAY 2 VEG

The cuttings took well to the transition from T8's 3 days ago to T5's 2 days ago and on to my 1K HPS yesterday. No wilting or any signs of stress. I watered until runoff so they probably won't need another feeding until for 3 days. In 3 days I should have good root growth so I'll be transferring the cuttings in 1 gallon pots to 2 gallon pots.

I will be watching this one closely, I am setting up a grow in the same size area, with the same light. I will be using 2.5 gal hempy buckets. I looked at your other grow journals and was impressed. I hope to learn alot from you and this from this grow. I'm along for the ride!

DAY 5 VEG
There's been an ok amount of growth since I potted these. Thick white roots with lots of hairs have started showing at the bottoms of the pots. They are still drinking off the first feeding. They are a lot lighter in weight so tomorrow will be feeding #2. Now that roots are established they'll be drinking faster. I haven't had a chance to stop by my hydro store. Probably tomorrow I'll have a chance to grab another bag of coco so I can get everything in 2 gallon pots. I'm guessing DAY 10 of VEG will be my last day of 24/0 before I flip to 12/12.

These pics are from just a few minutes ago. The pic labeled "cuttings" is from DAY 1 VEG.

I haven't given as much attention as I should have with these girls but they seem to be chugging along nicely. They're getting regular nutes, enzymes, root simulators, b1, silica, calmag, mycorrhizae, and carbs. Still not transferred to 2 gal pots and long overdue. They'll just have to wait. It will give them a chance to grow nice and fat before topping.

They are doing good. I topped them yesterday. I have kind of been denying them my attention and focusing on my other grow that is in the last 3-4 weeks of flowering.

I'll try to post some new pics later today. They're doing good though and getting all the attention they need. They're still in veg so the recipe is basic. Good food, good temps, plenty of light, and good air circulation.

WOW! that is a great grow, thank you for sharing that with me,I am so sure my next grow will be with higher numbers and less veg time. Most ppl on here seem to like growing trees, its just not for me. I always feel like I only have so much canopy space( 4x4) and only a 1000watt hps, so I dont want to waste a month+ vegging a tree(topping, lst, scroging, etc.etc, when I can just increase the number of plants ,and bang 4x4 full all at once. Then str8 to 12/12. I guess we all look at it different, but I like a fast turn around,I've only been growing about 5years now, but have grown both ways and found I get about the same dry weight either way,I just dont get the donkey dick buds in a sog,but I also dont get bud rot anymore...lol, If my guy ever gets me my clones or a mother(over a month now) I will start a journal and share with you.

sorry i haven't updated in a while. i have been busy with another grow that is in my signature so i haven't been giving these guys too much attention. i topped them a while ago. yesterday i cut off the lower foliage only leaving 4-6 tops per plant. the canopy looks a little thin right now to some but it's going to fatten up and fill out with nice buds in the weeks to come. i'm going to transplant into 2 gallon pots tomorrow. xmas morning i'm going to give a nice dosage of all the good foods and then leave them for 3 days. i'm pretty sure in just those 3 days they will fill out a lot. i'm planning on flowering in 1 week.

here's some before and after shots of my pruning. the lower branches that were cut off are going to be made into clones for another grow or as a free give away if i don't need them.
