18/6 schedule and have hair everywhere, 12/12 time yet ??

I have a predominately indica plant that is about 1 month old and honestly has hairs everywhere a split is and the tops are covered. the only thing is im running this at 18 hours of light and 6 hours of dark and i've never had it preflower so much. Should i switch it to 12 and 12 or just switch it when im ready? I would like it to get a lilke a foot taller but i dont wanna fuck the flowering up.

do you have any pictures? sounds like auto flower
