15th day of flower and i have yellow leaves with brown crispy spots?

I have been struggling with this same problem! tried EVERYTHING! finally someone told me to use subculture m & b with hygrozym which is expensive but its been 2 days and so far the plants have improved! i think that the rot was keeping them from being able to soak up nutrients which led to the leaves turning yellow! im no expert but it worked for me!

i also have the same problem brown spots and yellow leaves on my 4 mother plants gonna flush with some epsom salt see what happens.

Im really thinkin its PH. the leaves that are affected are spotting and curling in the classic style. my ph keeps dropping!? i cant figure it out. and i swear they are pissed cause it fluctuates high and low so much. so far its really only on one plant, which is weird cause all 4 are in the same res. i dunno. i got a digi PH meter and PPM meter today that should be here soon. i just need to figure out how much up or down to add so i can stop swinging it so much. im using general hydro up down. i cant wait for the digital PH. it will help a lot. gunna flush tm just in case. this shit is annoying!

dude, if the roots are browning its the start of pythium aka root rot...check your temps cus some nutes will make your roots brown i got nasty root rot and hygrozyme fixed me right up, get one of those 3$ aquarium thrmometers and check temps or you can lose the whole crop, and yes root rot will stop the plants growth dead in its tracks...look for temps under 75F....for the meantime you can add hydrogen peroxide, depending on what strength you have if its regular 3% 2 table spoons a gallon would do every 3-4days...is there any way you can get a pic of your roots?

The plants are getting worse! i have a 1 gallon areogarden for my res. when i add water and nutes its PHed. my PH constantly drops! when i add PH up i just squirt it in to the res. when the water is low i feel like im just squirting it on the roots. i am at a loss. a i have a digi PH and ppm meter coming. any advice?

almost all the leaves on this plant look like this now

the bottom leaves although not spotting as much as the leaves on the cola are yellowing and dying

plant on the other side of the res. didnt start out as bad as the first but now is

the middle plant and the last to see the spots seems to be doing better than the other two. i dont get it.

the hash plant clone doesnt really seem to be affected either

Your girls just may be getting too much pk with the big bloom that you are adding for boosting bud. Hope this helps you out. UB's post really gave me alot of insight to a slight issue I always got right around the 3rd week of flowering. Good luck

Not trying to be pushy about the Uncle Ben thread (above), but have you went and checked it out???? I firmly believe this is what is going on with your girls. He may also be able to help you get past this plant issue, PM him. At this point you have nothing to lose by exploring a P toxicity. If to much P the plant has problems utilizing other nutrients. Anyways good luck again

they have gotten worse in the last 24 hrs. even with the flush. i havent been using any flowering nutes almost since this prob started. im gunna try and get some pics of today. chicken pox. and its spreading. i feel like they are gunna die soon.

i really dont know what to do. im flushing with PHed water. have been for at least 24 hrs now. the PH still seems to be dropping. i added some up. they are getting worse. ill keep posting pics untill i figure it out, or they kick the bucket. for some reason my stupid camera wont focus so sometimes they dont look as bad as they actually are. the spots are spreading and starting to crispify leaves left and right. sigh. FRUSTRATING!

this was yesterday afternoon. the leaves at the top that are still green arent anymore.

its hard to tell but all the leaves are spotting faintly.

all the leaves on the bottom look like this now.

i really cant figure this out. i dont know what else to try. im hoping that someone can help diagnose before they die.

Some steps to take:

1. Check for insect damage using a 5X loupe. Inspect bottom of leaf,

2. Check the heatlh of the root system. What you seeing upstairs (impending leaf necrosis) may be the sign of what's going on downstairs,

3. Give them a reasonable balanced NPK food, something that lands around 10-10-10.

i got the same exact problem and was going to cry every day 5 leaves dead y me i ask but the problem is your roots your roots im telling u i know brown spot on the root root rot stop nuteing uptake that y u ph going up and down only certain nute are geting to the plant and your smaller plant clone doing ok mines to because ther roots having been expose to the rot im telling u for a fact that is your problem i read every thread on her and it all add up to root rot add peroxide like he said 30mil per gallon 3% for 4 days then nute then but some nute to help roots rot u willl see a improvement dont give up u work to hard i know i have im here for u in this painful moment pm me any time trust me it root rot look it up read on it the more u add nute the worest it get fulsh it peroidox 4 day then back to normall root are whit and thick not brock and skiny

ok so i got my ppm meter today and the ph has finally stabilized. i changed out my res with new nutes and water. im at around 607 ppms right now. 1 tsp grow big, 1 tbsp big bloom and 1/2 tsp tiger bloom. im foliar feeding with 2 tsp cal mag, 1/2 tsp grow big (to a gallon, at around 500 ppms) to try and correct their calcium/magnesium def. they seem to be doing better. i trimmed all the dead leaves today too. digi ph, hygrozyme, digi thermometer /hygrometer and clearex all on the way. im already excited about the next grow! pics soon.

Yeah giving them a good flush always works, mine were are yellow with brown spots so i flushed one of my plants to see the outcome and it outgrew the others and had a healthy green!
