150w sunsystem

I have a 150 sun system was wondering if I gutted.bb it take the needed componets like socket wire n anythi ng else I need and make my own cool tube is this possible or can I make a cool tube with it in its housing

150w cool tube not woth it mate get 250w cfl be bout same strength and no heat

cfl's create heat. i'm not sure where the idea that they don't create heat comes from. i have an easier time cooling a 150 w hps than 200w cfl. I can vent my hps.

how do you vnt your 150? i tried attaching a powerful pc fan at one end pushing air intoit but that didnt seem to work.

i bought a 4 inch flange and attached it to the top. there was a piece of metal at the top of the light i could remove and attach the flange. no way could i have an hps in my cab if I didnt vent.

Hey yea I use those lil Massey 4 in fans 1 pointing rite at the bulb blowing fresh in also 2 above it exhausting in a simple cabinent.Vegging with it hottest it get 90 that's the light itself. That still will burn um too lol
