I decided to break out the cabinet and do a few upgrades. Just plugged everything in for a test run why the beans germ. Il be growing 4 Ice plants from Nirvana. Cabinet is 5' Tall 3' Wide and 1' 6" Deep. I added ventilation in the closet its in to exhaust into the other room so hopefully I wont run into temperature problems this time around. Hopefully by the time flower comes around il have upgraded to using the entire closet. I was going to SCroG it but with the upgrades coming I dont want to be stuck, So, Im just going to do a whole hell of a lot of topping/LST :D Journals completely open discussion. Just dont be an ass and dont say something should be done a diffirent way without proof. Besides that its all good. Il keep everyone up to date on the test runs. Got to get everything else organized right now though.

Well so far its not looking good. Temps at ground level are 87 Already and at about 3 1/2 feet up its 82. I opened the doors and we're going to wait and see if that helps. I can vent if needed no problem at least.

Temps stabilized at 85.1 at floor level and 82.3 at the other hieght. I can fix that and bring it down no problem. Thankfully smell wont be a problem since I dont plan on flowering until I upgrade the grow. Il get pics when the seeds plant and everything.

Need to get the temp down a little more 76-78 would be perfect . Are you using a cool tube on your light ? If not check out the DIY cool tubes . That should get your temps under control

Just put the worlds worst cool tube on the light and closed everything up. I figure within an hour I should know what temps run.

WOW!!! I feel like a moron...I went and checked after 5 minutes and floor temps was at 78.8 and I started checking exhaust areas etc and it dawned on me...I didnt cover up my old CO2 input hole and its right beside exhaust so my exhaust is just coming back in because of the positive pressure.

Systems stable at 78.8 and 33% RH at floor level and 78.9 and 33% at 3 feet up. I can get temps lower but the way its set up they will drop to around 68 when the lights go off.

You 2? I been eating hersheys cookies and cream like fucking M&M's. Humidity im not worried about. its funny because thats actually the lowest its been since we moved in. Next time it rains im just going to open the windows and let it get humid. I mean this LITTTLE cabinet is being stabilized by the entire house.

Figured id mention the cooltube failed again in the night. Without it temps are 81.6 in the light and 80.6 in the shade. Think thatll work? Im going to try and get a cooltube set up again but itll be thursday before I can get anything to use for a tube.

I got some seeds im waiting to sprout. I already had them germinating so I couldnt really go back when the cooling failed. I kind of had a stud in the wall get in the way with my exhaust so thats why everythings so complicated now.
