135w cfl grow, are my lights setup correct??

I just had to supercrop her two tallest branches last night they weer getting too tall for my space
im using y adapters but since the reflective hoods dont fit with a y adapter in soket
i used this cookie pan to direct the lights rays directly to the plant
to help feed more light to plant and help recovery of supercrop
Does it look ok??
Will the cookie pan work??
Therz a big dark spot above pan so i guess its working.
i neeeded lights closer to plant to prevent stretching
i need to keep her small for atleast another month wyle i move

I think you have other issues to address other than stretching. It looks like you are likely over watering to me (or too much nitrogen, but not likely after 7 weeks in FFOF). Do you let the pot dry out before you give another solid watering with slight runoff, or are you keeping the soil constantly wet?

It does look like she is getting too tall for the space. Once you flower, she will stretch aggressively. After another month she will be too large to flower in that space without very aggressive training...

The cookie pan might cause some hot spots but it looks like you have it set up pretty well to me. You will need more height in your space to flower IMO.
