13 plants Ebb&Flow Need help please

Hello I have limited space and am looking to grow 13 plants, I have chosen 13 different strains all specifically for their high yielding and potency traits. I want to do a Ebb & Flow system with PVC pipes instead of a tray, I am new to hydro and have no idea how to grow hydro..
So I am asking how would I set up the system to run? & what nutes should I use? Currently I use bmo and budcandy along with voodoo juice. Will I be able to do the same with the ebb n flow?

theres so many good threads on growing hydoponicly, never stop reading. if your going to use pvc use fence post. you can get a 3in hole saw an net pots that will fit in there. use rubber gromets and put 2 hole on the bottom one flow in an over flow. put a zip tie through both hole to revent hydroton or prefered media from going down tubes. look up stinkbudie method tats a great setup too. but thats more aeroponics. as far as nutes as long as its not organic basd nutes youll be fine. most will say fo use in soil and soiless media. my choice nutes are bc boost and bloom, with other additives but diffrent strokes for diffrent folks. but i hope this helped have a growtastic day

Yeah I was planning to have a PVC fence posts probably 3 rows with about 4-5 plants on each row, do you know anything about bmo nutes? I've heard great things however old of they work for hydro setup?

welcome to hydro HGC, im sure you will be just fine just do your research befor jumping into it.. one thing I found that would probably make it easier for you is work with one strain for your first few rounds cause if you grow 13 different all in one system that will be worst than opening pandoras box..
your canopy will be all over the place for one and 2nd and most important they all will need different ppm levels for optimum growth and you will be running the risk of all types of deficiencies and burns...
do what you must but confutious says its a no no..

I do agree start off with one strain first will make things easyer, some plants like alot and other want very little
so a system with one res will cause havok with def in plants. Voodoo and bud candy will cause issues with
bactiria in hydro. Stick with synthetics and brew teas for bactiria control.

Things to get to make hydro life easyer
tri meter ppm,ph,temp
if your res is in the grow room a chiller is a good idea.
pick a solid nute line, for starters i would get technofloras bc line and follow the resipe for sucsess

what is bmo? never used i like bc (technaflora). if you only grow one strain at a time youll be golden but yeah that many diffrent strains would be hard. i did a bubba kush an a tangerine dream it was horrible the tangerine got like a foot foot an a half over my bubbas and it wanted less food than the kushs. i use the recipe for success but modded to my needs, i use sweet or flora nector instead of sugardaddy and liqued karma instead of thrivealive but almost same product. bud candy should be like sugar daddy or sweet but have never used. an like everyone else said ppm/tds/ec meter are a must i like ppm but to each his own just have a way to tell how strong your nutes are. a ph meter is pricey i like drops and shoot for a solid yellow (6.0)
also you said 4-5 plants per row. how long are you making your fence post? they come in 8ft sections (most anyways) if you dont cut in half you can do probly 8-10 plants per row. i cut mine in half when i made mine when i first started, and squeezed 6 in on a 4ft section no problem. but that depends on strain i grew mainly indicas so it got a bit cramped but it worked. a nice cola type strain would be awsome, my bubbas i grow i only use about a sq ft per plant and they fit nicely. keep posting an let us know how its going.

BMO short for Blue Mountain Organics, its a nutrient line sold exclusively on ebay, however it works wonders and for the whole line of nutrients its 25$, I would cut the post in half to a little less than 4 feet, I am looking to grow sativas mostly except maybe one or two indicas, and I am sad to hear that I basically can not grow 13 different strains :(

Well hopefully someone with more experience than me can help me narrow down my strains list? I've heard that you can buildup a tolerance to certain strains so I don't necessarily want to grow only one strain, here is my list I narrowed down as much as i could.

Pineapple Chunk
Power Plant
Mendo Purps
Darkstar*
Heavy Duty fruity*
og kush*
bubba 76*
Martian Mean Green
LSD
Vanilla Kush
(all strains with star* after word are just freebies...im ordering from attitude)

EDIT: AND G13 LABS PINEAPPLE EXPRESS <3
Im looking for a nutrient line that isnt overly expensive but still gives good results, I plan to put about 6 plants on each 4 foot row like you did, when I get everything setup I will post pics, expect pics within the next five days, after that I will be waiting for the seeds.

edit2: i would love to have Martian Mean Green, Liberty Haze, Mendo purps and either pineapple express or aurora borealis. do any of these strains grow similar? this way i can grow them on the same setup

PS: as soon as the seeds arrive I will start a journal for anyone who cares :D:clap:

at this point im really thinking liberty haze, the purps, pineapple chunk?

Pineapple chunk sounds good.
Ive basically narrowed it down to Liberty Haze or pineapple chunk, could I do both?

I plan to do 3 rows of fence post with 5 spots on each row for plants, I will use the bc technaflora recipe for success thanks for the advice, however temps are getting pretty high in the room, any suggestions?
If anyone knows anyone about drip irrigation i was wondering if i could place a water bottle filled with nutrient water above the soil of my plant (im talking about my current soil plants)with a small hole poked in so it drips pretty slowly only putting enough for one day at a time, would this work? also how would I be able to determine what ppm a certain strain needs?

I dont see why you couldnt do both strains
Well if you read before me "confuscious says its a no no" he says it would be incredibly hard that each strain would require a different ppm leading to deficiencies in one or the other if you are picking up what im puttin down, but pineapple chunk is just some chron smoke as well as liberty haze, to grow them both would be great

I use the bc line up too..but I think I'm gettin bettwr growth in soil then dwc with bc nutes. If u follow the feed chart it tells u where ur ppm should be @ any givin stage of growth. Stick to the chart and don't go full strength. Pineapple chunk sounds delicious. I tried the multi strain in one system n it sucked ass like posted above. 36 clones from 3 strains(wonder woman, aurora indica n kaya gold) in a diy 18gal bubbler. Def a waste of time money n effort. U want uniformity not everything doin its own thing.. happy growing

Edit: its hollands secret nutes im using in soil not the bc..

It's decided, I will do either liberty haze from barneys seeds or bc bud depot seeds the purps, going to use ebb & flow, I also installed a window ac into my current grow box and dropped the temps from avg 90s to avg 70s :D now I am waiting for my purple thai to turn purple
