I just do Lucas formula.People sometimes will cut the grow strength in half and cut in the bloom for other half.I cannot comment what's best for you but here are some ideas.

I used to do the nute switch(grow to bloom) at the 12/12 flip but I can see a long flowering Sativa requiring a gradual transition.

1st night on 12 and 12 and ...wow...i see em everyday and i couldn,t believe the size diff in 24hrs..:}

i read in a thread yesterday that its good to give them 24-36hrs of darkness then proceed with 12/12
