it look like ( in the 4th picture) your ratio of Daylight/Soft white aka veg bulbs/flower bulbs, are still set up as if you were in veg. i suggest that your number of soft white bulbs (2700k) be ATLEAST more than half of your total lighting. im pretty sure this will speed up the sexing process.

You want more soft or warm white, not more bright whites. You didn't say how old your plants are? The other thing to keep in mind, is it doesn't matter if you put them in 12/12 from a seed, you can't force them to show sex before the plant is actually mature (maturation varies from strain to strain). have you recently checked your ph on your runoff??
If so, what was it? if not, you should check it.
that'll most likely be whats up with your leaf doing that. light burn usually is streaky in shape and more "bleached" looking.
its not that bad though, your shits lookin good overall man.
