Yes

Thousand of peeps has done it. I'm sure there is a journal somewhere here. I would have preferred to use clones that u know ate 100% female. Sometime fem seeds can turn on you. Good luck.

I did a couple 12-12 from seed runs and I liked it.. Gives ya an idea what you are working with and reveg the best and ditch the rest... I was a non believer in spectrum influencing sex on plants til I noticed an unusually higher number of males under the HPS reds... Under the MH blues it was the usual 50% ratio.

I 12/12 right now have a fresh rooted clone in 12/12 an auto in 12/12 from seed and a photo12/12 from seed goal is to see which will give more of a yield in short amount of time

Mostly 12/12 from seed.

Are their any other advantages to 12/12 from seed besides being able to sex quickly?

I'll be done with a whole cycle and have nug in ~10-12 weeks. Fast way to determine phenotypic expression and pick moms from a lot of plants in a limited space.
